Called after a resource has been modified in some way.

This fires after [Resource::setProp](https://legacy.fullcalendar.io/v5/Resource-setProp.md) or [Resource::setExtendedProp](https://legacy.fullcalendar.io/v5/Resource-setExtendedProp.md) is called.

The `changeInfo` argument has the following properties:
