Rerenders all resources on the calendar.

This includes the left cells in [Timeline View](https://legacy.fullcalendar.io/v4/timeline-view.md) and the top header in [Vertical Resource View](https://legacy.fullcalendar.io/v4/vertical-resource-view.md). It will **not** rerender the events associated with the resources.
