Determines the text that is displayed in the resource group divider.

A function that accepts the value of the `resourceGroupField` and must return a string of text that will be displayed.

Only takes affect when [resourceGroupField](https://legacy.fullcalendar.io/v3/resourceGroupField.md) is specified.
